COMPOUNDED OILS - Chlorine Free

TOWER OIL & TECHNOLOGY Co. has discovered that a combination of additives can cost effectively replace chlorine in many metalforming lubricant applications. Our CHLORINE-FREE COMPOUNDED OILS are being used in a wide variety of manufacturing operations. They range from light duty stamped and formed parts to heavy-duty operations such as deep drawing and bar drawing. Some of the advantages that maybe realized in secondary operations are parts that are more resistant to staining, lower cleaning costs, better weld through, and reduced use of corrosion inhibitors. Contact us for product selection consultation.
The list below shows three groups of CHLORINE-FREE COMPOUNDED OILS. The lubricity, wetting, and extreme pressure properties of each product increases from top to bottom in each column. The three columns are presented in light, medium and heavy viscosity grades from left to right.
