High Speed Stamping

Towerdraw A-622 – extra light viscosity, formulated with wetting, cooling and flushing properties in combination with extreme pressure additives. A minimal film will remain after drying. Excellent surface wetting and anti-galling characteristics.

Tower 6405-CF – light viscosity oil, with unique chlorine and sulfur free chemistry. Provides exceptional wetting, flushing, and extreme pressure characteristics. Forms a high strength lubricating film on metal surfaces giving added protection to tooling and piece parts. Safe for copper alloys.

Towerdraw 9510-TD – light viscosity, compounded oil for heavy-duty high speed stamping operations. Unique wetting properties in combination with sulfur chlorinated extreme pressure additives. Suitable for tough stainless steel and high strength alloy forming operations
