SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL SOLUTIONS

TOWER OIL & TECHNOLOGY Co. has developed a complete line of synthetic chemical solutions for metalforming applications. Before use they are diluted with water to form pure chemical solutions or micellar dispersions. They range from products that can replace solvent based disappearing compounds to heavy duty EP type metalforming lubricants for high strength metals and stainless steel. KLENEDRAW 3242	Good for painted or plated materials. Can be used to replace disappearing compounds.

KLENEDRAW 3421 KLENEDRAW 3275	Used on zinc coated materials, aluminum, and yellow metals. Leaves light non-sticky residue. General purpose lubricant used on zinc coated materials, aluminum, and yellow metals. Leaves a light non-sticky residue.
KLENEDRAW W-4177	Good sheet metal drawing and stamping lube. Long term corrosion protection, easy wash, weld through prior to cleaning. Leaves clean dry parts.
KLENEDRAW W-4801	Heavy duty EP synthetic lubricant. Excellent wetting, film strength and protection against galling and welding. Can be used on the toughest applications at extended dilutions.
